White Out has been developed as a soaking solution for hard to clean salt deposits usually found on neoprene. Created as a safe, organic and naturally strong formula, White Out is able to go deep into porous areas removing salts and leaving clean. White out will recondition any neoprene to a better than new state. Not intended for use on live vegetation.
